I wanted to have published this before the new year but with work and life, well things get delayed and that’s ok.
In my care job we have a thing called a MAR sheet which stands for medicine administration record sheet and for such a long time I thought it would be a great idea to do the same but with other self care medicines added for myself and share it in case other people find it useful too. I created a A4 sheet in Procreate and I have the PDF for it but I cannot work out how to publish it here! So I am putting the images instead, if you would like the pdf, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send it to you 🙂

And finally January the first was just a Wednesday, we can start new habits whenever we want. Don’t let a new year or a new month pressure you or make you feel less than. You are amazing!
So here’s one with the date blank for whenever you want to start 🙂 like at work if a new medicine is prescribed, we don’t go “oh well, it’s already half way through the month so what’s the point, we will wait until the first”!
