I saw somewhere on Instagram that it was mental health awareness day and month but I can’t find it anywhere on the internet. But I haven’t been feeling so well emotionally and my brain is a little empty and not inspired so I thought I would compile my previous mental health blog posts I have done this year.

Overcoming Fear and Incorporating Nourishing Activities into our Daily Life – Funnily enough the blog post is lot less convoluted and its title. Here I talk about what I learnt from one of my favourite mental health books.
